Restoration is not just for the moments when we feel broken or robbed. It is a promise sealed in God’s Word a covenant truth we are called to stand on and declare boldly.
We don’t wait until everything falls apart before we pray for restoration. We pray because we know God is a Restorer—faithful, unchanging, and always working to bring His people into fullness.
The same God who restored Job’s losses with double…
Who lifted Joseph from the pit to the palace and healed his story…
Who gave Naomi and Ruth a future greater than their past…
Who ran to meet the Prodigal Son, restoring not just his place, but his dignity…
That same God is alive today—restoring lives, families, time, purpose, joy, and identity.
Restoration isn’t just about getting back what was lost. When God restores, He redeems the time, rewrites the story, and multiplies the outcome. What was meant for evil becomes the foundation for glory.
So as we enter this time of prayer, don’t pray small.
Don’t limit your expectation to what you think can be fixed.
Pray from a place of covenant.
Pray from a place of boldness.
Pray as a child of the God who restores in abundance.
Let every broken piece be made whole.
Let every wasted year be redeemed.
Let every dry place overflow again.
In the name of Jesus—let there be restoration. Amen
PRAYER
1. Father Lord, in the name of Jesus, I declare that everything that has been lost—time, purpose, years, seasons, opportunities—be restored.
As it is written, “I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten…” (Joel 2:25), Lord, restore all my wasted years and the fruit thereof. According to Psalm 126:1, let my captivity be turned, and let my mouth be filled with laughter, in Jesus’ name. Amen
2. In the name of Jesus, I call forth restoration in my health, in my soul, and in my strength.
For Psalm 23:3 says, “He restoreth my soul…” Lord, restore me in every place of brokenness. Jeremiah 30:17 declares, “I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds…” Father, let your Word manifest—let healing and restoration flow over every part of me, in Jesus’ name. Amen
3. Lord, let there be a divine restoration of joy, peace, and gladness in my life.
According to Isaiah 61:7, “For your shame ye shall have double… and everlasting joy shall be unto you.” Father, I receive double for every shame, every loss, and every sorrow. I declare restoration of my joy by Your Spirit, in Jesus’ name. Amen
4. Father, restore every spiritual gift and fire that has been lost or buried in me.
As 2 Timothy 1:6 says, “Stir up the gift of God which is in thee…”—Lord, I ask that every gift You’ve placed in me be awakened again. Romans 11:29 says, “For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” I call them forth now in full restoration, in Jesus’ name. Amen
5. In the name of Jesus, I declare that everything stolen by the enemy—peace, progress, relationships, or finances—be restored sevenfold.
As it is written in Proverbs 6:31, “If he be found, he shall restore sevenfold…” Father, let there be divine recompense and restoration. Let Job 42:10 be my portion—“The Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.” I receive double for all my trouble, in Jesus’ name. Amen
Your prayers are answered in Jesus mighty name. Amen
